Volunteer as a Speaker
Help us share the Hounds for Heroes story with schools, businesses, community groups and organisations.
Our volunteer speakers play an important role in raising awareness of our work, inspiring new supporters and helping communities understand the difference an assistance dog partnership can make.
You don’t need to be an experienced public speaker. We’ll provide the information, guidance and support you need to represent Hounds for Heroes with confidence.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a volunteer speaker, you may:
- Deliver talks and presentations about Hounds for Heroes
- Attend schools, businesses and community groups
- Help raise awareness of our assistance dog partnerships
- Answer questions and encourage people to get involved
- Support fundraising opportunities where appropriate
