Welcome to Hounds for Heroes, Hope!
Hope has officially begun her journey with Hounds for Heroes, and we couldn't be happier to welcome her.
Kindly named and sponsored by BAE Systems, Hope's name was chosen to represent hope in the face of adversity, a fitting name for a puppy taking her first steps towards changing someone's life.
As with all of our puppies, Hope's journey begins with our dedicated Puppy Parents, who will introduce her to the world around her while helping her develop the confidence, social skills and positive experiences that form the foundation of her future training.
These early months are an important part of every assistance dog's development, preparing Hope for the exciting stages of training that lie ahead.
We would like to say a huge thank you to BAE Systems for their generous sponsorship and for giving Hope such a meaningful name. Their support helps make journeys like Hope's possible and plays an important role in helping us train life-changing assistance dogs for physically disabled Armed Forces and Emergency Services personnel.
We're also incredibly grateful to Hope's Puppy Parents for opening their home and committing their time to supporting her through these important first months.
We look forward to sharing updates as Hope grows, learns and progresses through her training. We know you'll enjoy following her journey every step of the way.
