Thank you to everyone who helped us fully meet our £5,000 match funding pot, we’re incredibly grateful and blown away by your generosity.
We’re now continuing towards our overall fundraising target of £10,000, every donation still helps change lives, although it will no longer be quadrupled.
At Hounds for Heroes, we’ve launched a powerful match-funded appeal where every £1 donated is turned into £4. Your support helps physically disabled current and former serving members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services regain independence and confidence with the help of our specially trained assistance dogs.

Thanks to the Mortgage Advice Bureau Foundation and The Cheshire Mortgage Group, every public donation will be quadrupled up to £5,000. That means £10 becomes £40 and £25 becomes £100, dramatically increasing our ability to train and place more assistance dogs with those who need them.
Our life-changing assistance dogs help people living with physical disabilities and life-altering conditions. They support everyday tasks like opening doors, picking up dropped items, and navigating public spaces, while also boosting confidence, independence and overall wellbeing.
Funds raised go towards puppy acquisition and early training, veterinary care, specialist equipment, nutrition, and ongoing partnership support, ensuring every dog and partner has everything they need to succeed together.
