A huge thank you to The North Wales Golden Walks team, who have supported us so generously over the years with their annual Remembrance Golden Walk. More than fifty Golden Retrievers, with their equally enthusiastic humans in tow, gathered for this year’s event, bringing wagging tails, lots of muddy paws and a whole lot of heart to the day.
Despite a gloomy forecast, the weather held out and the walk went ahead in fine spirits, complete with some extremely tempting homemade cakes. Together, the group raised an amazing £545, bringing their total fundraising for Hounds for Heroes to an incredible £2,145!
To everyone who walked, donated, baked, organised, or simply came along to show support (two-legged and four-legged alike) thank you. Your kindness helps us change lives, one partnership at a time.
