Meet Chelsea, a New Hounds for Heroes Recruit
We're delighted to introduce Chelsea, one of the newest recruits to the Hounds for Heroes family.
Chelsea takes her name from the Chelsea Pensioners, the veterans of the British Army who reside at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Her name reflects the proud military heritage at the heart of Hounds for Heroes and the community she is being trained to support.
As Chelsea begins her journey, she will develop the confidence, skills and positive experiences needed to become a trusted assistance dog. Through carefully planned training and socialisation, she will work towards supporting a physically disabled serving or former member of HM Armed Forces or the UK Emergency Services.
Every puppy's journey is made possible through the generosity of our supporters, sponsors, Puppy Parents and volunteers, whose dedication helps create life-changing assistance dog partnerships.
We look forward to sharing Chelsea's progress as she continues her training.
