Meet Bobby, a New Hounds for Heroes Recruit
We're delighted to introduce Bobby, one of the newest recruits to the Hounds for Heroes family.
Named after Sir Robert (Bobby) Peel, founder of the Metropolitan Police, Bobby's name reflects the proud history of the UK Emergency Services and the community he is being trained to support.
From his very first days, Bobby began developing the confidence, skills and positive experiences that form the foundation of every Hounds for Heroes assistance dog. Through carefully planned training and socialisation, he started his journey towards supporting a physically disabled serving or former member of HM Armed Forces or the UK Emergency Services.
Every Hounds for Heroes puppy represents the generosity of our supporters, volunteers and sponsors, whose commitment helps create the next generation of life-changing assistance dog partnerships.
We look forward to following Bobby's journey as he grows, learns and develops.
