Give the Gift of Independence This Christmas

We’re excited to launch our 12 Days of Christmas – Give the Gift of Independence Appeal, celebrating the incredible journey of our assistance dogs and the life-changing impact they will have on the members of the Armed Forces and emergency services we support.

Throughout December, we’ll be sharing stories from every stage of our training programme, from playful pups like Minnie and Fletcher, to our adolescent dogs Cranwell and Blaze and our advanced trainees Comet, Titan and Astra.

Each one is working towards supporting someone who needs them to regain confidence and independence.

Your support is what makes this possible.

Every donation, every shared post, every workplace fundraiser helps provide the training, care and guidance each dog needs to become a fully qualified Assistance Dog. For those we help, that support can mean being able to carry out everyday tasks again, reconnect with their communities, and rebuild the independence that injury or disability has taken away.

How you can get involved

  • Make a donation: Every gift brings a future partner one step closer to the independence they deserve.
  • Get your workplace involved: Christmas jumper days, bake sales or festive team challenges make a big difference.
  • Set up a regular donation: Monthly support helps us plan ahead and ensure every dog receives consistent, high-quality training.
  • Spread the word: Sharing our Christmas appeal helps raise vital awareness during the season of giving.

Your kindness truly changes lives. Together, we can give the greatest gift of all this Christmas, the gift of independence.
