A huge thank you to Laura and everyone at Elanco Animal Health for inviting Hounds for Heroes to their recent event.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share more about our work and introduce attendees to Tilly, our wonderful Reservist Dog, who thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many new friends.
We were also delighted to learn more about an incredible fundraising challenge being undertaken by a team of Elanco colleagues this November. The team will take part in The Mercy Walk, a demanding two-day challenge that will see them walk from Reading to London, including an overnight section.
By taking on this challenge, the team will be raising vital funds and awareness for Hounds for Heroes, helping us continue providing life-changing assistance dog partnerships and ongoing support to physically disabled serving and former members of HM Armed Forces and UK Emergency Services.
We are incredibly grateful for Elanco's support and commitment. We wish everyone taking part in The Mercy Walk the very best with their training and preparations and look forward to cheering them on every step of the way.
