You may remember Echo, a fun-loving Black Labrador who joined the Hounds for Heroes training programme around a year ago.
After much careful consideration and assessment, it has been decided that Echo will retire from his assistance dog training to live his best life as a pet. Echo gave so much and tried so hard, but ultimately he is best suited to a more relaxed life where he can truly be himself.
Before he left for pastures new, he had an incredible 'last run' with his best pals Chelsea and Ozzy and the smiles on all their faces say it all. We would also like to say a huge thank you to Echo’s Puppy Parents for helping us look after him and supporting him every step of the way. We wish Echo all the best on his new adventures.
