Tandem Skydive Raises Funds for Hounds for Heroes

Two incredible Hounds for Heroes supporters, Debs and Linda from the Ladies Section of Army Golf Club Aldershot, took to the skies to raise vital funds for our charity.

The pair completed a tandem skydive after choosing Hounds for Heroes as their Lady Captain's Charity of the Year. Together, they raised more than £1,000, helping fund life-changing assistance dog partnerships for physically disabled serving and former members of HM Armed Forces and UK Emergency Services.

Although neither had skydived before, both embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and described the experience as unforgettable.

Reflecting on the jump, they said:

"Absolutely amazing, the thrill and the buzz when we jumped from the plane will remain with us for a very long time. We would both love to do it again."

When asked what advice they would give to anyone thinking about taking on a fundraising challenge for Hounds for Heroes, their answer was simple:

"As the Nike advert says, 'Just do it'. You will not regret it."
