It’s Volunteers’ Week! Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing the inspiring stories of some of our incredible volunteers. Stay tuned to celebrate the people who help make what we do possible!

We're kicking off the week with Faye's story:

Faye discovered Hounds for Heroes while searching for a charity she felt passionate about and was delighted to find one so close to home. Although she’s only been volunteering for a few months, she’s already made a real impact.

Her role is varied, from stock taking in the warehouse, preparing items for events to assembling collection buckets and lending a hand with admin tasks. She’s looking forward to joining fellow volunteers at community events this summer to help spread the word about the charity’s work.
Coming from an ex-military family and having seen the challenges faced by those in the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, Faye takes great pride in volunteering with us. Seeing the difference the charity’s assistance dogs make is deeply rewarding and being a dog lover herself is a perfect bonus!

A huge thank you from all of us for everything you do, welcome to the team Faye!
