A minimum of two months notice is required.

*Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the presence of a dog and it is charity policy not to send our dogs in training to talks. Please note that there is a minimum donation of £50.00 for each talk given. We charge travel expenses at 45p per mile – we endeavour to send the closest speaker but I am sure you can appreciate that this is not always on the doorstep - we will advise on the mileage prior to booking confirmation. We will contact the above named person to discuss our attendance.

We will not disclose your information to any other person or organisation, except when required to by law or if we believe it is in your ‘vital interests’ to do so - for example, if you were taken ill during the event. As part of GDPR requirements we need you to indicate by ticking the boxes below that you consent to us retaining your data and contacting you in the future with updates on the charity.
