Thomas's School Raises Over £5,100 for Hounds for Heroes
A huge thank you to the pupils, staff and wider school community at Thomas's School, who raised an incredible £5,100.80 after choosing Hounds for Heroes as their Charity of the Year.
Throughout the school year, Thomas's School organised a fantastic programme of fundraising activities, giving pupils the opportunity to learn more about Hounds for Heroes while making a real difference to our work.
From cake sales and ice cream sales to merchandise and fun fundraising events, pupils embraced every opportunity to support the charity. One of the highlights was the school's annual Dog Show, where children and their four-legged friends dressed in colourful costumes to celebrate and raise money for Hounds for Heroes.
The enthusiasm and generosity shown by everyone involved was truly inspiring, and every pound raised will help us continue training, partnering and supporting assistance dogs for physically disabled serving and former members of HM Armed Forces and UK Emergency Services.
Everyone at Hounds for Heroes would like to thank Thomas's School for their incredible support and fundraising efforts. Your generosity will help create more life-changing assistance dog partnerships for years to come.
