We are delighted to have been chosen as Charity of the Year by The Cornish Scone Company. They are a small, family, mail order business, based in the beautiful Cornish Countryside. They bake everything to order, by hand, with love, and the majority of their recipes have been handed down from their Nan, so they are a closely guarded secret! They have 'tweaked' a few, but the traditional scone recipe remains untouched.
Karen from The Cornish Scone Company told us “I've been looking for a charity for our business to support for a while, and whilst we donate to different fundraisers all the time, I wanted one to champion. As my hubby is ex-Navy and we are both dog lovers, when we saw your charity, it just felt right, exactly what I had been looking for.”
